Lylian: The Demo (part 3)

A demo is now available!

So if you've been waiting for a demo to test, you can grab it directly from the Shop. And soon from Gamers Gate and Game Arena.

Lylian F.A.Q

Q. Game crashes as soon as it goes fullscreen and to the main menu!

A. There's been a couple of cases of the game crashing at the start and it seems to be the user's computer not liking the fonts used. Go into your Lylian directory and you'll see a bunch of .ttf files. Move these files into another directory and the game shall work albeit with default text.

Q. I can't see the intro and outro animations in the game, it's a blank screen but I can here music playing.

A. There's a fix for that! You most likely have an ATi video card in your computer.

Q. Where's the Demo??

Q. When will the following episodes be coming out?

A. I'm trying something a little different here. Although the 2nd episode has been started, I want to hear from the community on what should be in the next episodes and what can be improved from the first. So, there's no fixed release date for episode two yet.

Q. Will it only be in English?

A. There's now a patch that includes French, German and Spanish translation! A direct link here: http://lyliangame.com/gamepal/patch/LylEp1Patch1003.exe

Q. Will it be available for Mac or Linux?

A. This really depends on how well the Windows version sells. I'd love to see Lylian played on Mac and Linux OS!

Q. Can you give the games controller support, I want to use my 360 controller?

A. This will be looked into at a later date. Certainly for future episodes. If someone would like to donate a controller for the cause. Then it might be done a little faster. :D
